I had a question via email, and they were so quick to respond and extremely helpful. Super fast shipping and just as described. These give a great idea of color but also thickness and texture which is much harder to gauge online. You can tell the quality is fantastic (which I recently confirmed after receiving my first felt order)!

This tool is an absolute necessity. Picture just don’t give you the true color of the wool. And running to the craft store to see the suggested DMC color match was helpful before I had the color chart but having the colors at my fingertips makes choosing a breeze.
