Solid wool cushion is the ideal felting surface -it accepts the repetitive pokes of the needle without breaking down and provides just the right amount of tension. Two toned cushion has a light and a dark side that accommodates a variety of roving colors. Our favorite felting pad measures approximately 6" x 5" and 1 1/2" thick.
